1. The plastic may have been modified, and the properties of the modified plastic are very different from the original material. This may cause two identical plastics to be unable to be completely fused together, because the modified plastic may cause the melting point to increase, the fluidity to deteriorate, and it is more prone to carbonization.

2. The band energy of plastic laser varies according to color. Different colors of plastics require different experience levels during welding, such as dark, transparent, highly transparent and milky translucent materials.

3. If the laser band is not selected properly, there will be differences in the effect when welding different types and colors of plastics. Only by selecting the appropriate laser band can we ensure that the two plastics can be melted together.
