Application of laser marking technology: Laser marking is a technology that uses laser to achieve the "easy to tear" effect of multi-layer composite packaging materials.

Traditional tools tend to mark too deep, damaging the composite layer of the product packaging; or the line is too shallow, and consumers need to spend a lot of effort to tear the package.

Laser marking technology is a more advanced and flexible technology that focuses the laser energy on the film layer that needs to be marked without damaging the entire film.

Because, such as composite films PET, PP or PE, they all have different characteristics of absorbing and emitting CO2 laser wavelengths, so when one layer of film absorbs laser energy and disappears, the film layers of other materials remain intact and are not affected in any way.

On the other hand, the aluminum foil layer or other films coated with metal layers have become a barrier to prevent the laser from entering other material layers. Therefore, the characteristics of these materials can enable laser technology to accurately locate and mark packaging materials. At the same time, the tear line is clearly visible to the human eye, so it is easy for consumers to tear open the package.

It is worth noting that laser marking technology is a non-contact and wear-free process for food packaging, which also ensures that the goods in the package will not be damaged due to the packaging process, ensuring the stability and reliability of the goods.

The use of easy-tear zippers makes up for the defect of tearing at the top of ordinary zippers, providing consumers with another choice for pursuing perfection.
