Different laser welding methods for different plastic products

Currently, according to the welding principle of plastic laser welding machine, plastic laser welding can only adopt overlapping welding, that is, the overlapping welding parts of two plastic products. Although they are all overlapping, there are many different welding processes. Today, Laisai Laser will share different plastic products.

According to our Laisai laser sample products, most of the welding sample processes belong to plane welding, and the plastic product production process is to superimpose two plastic products together, such as plastic product masks or covers, and handicrafts. The pressure needs to be increased on the bonding surface to meet the requirements of plastic laser welding technology. The welding surface is above the product, as shown in the figure below. A fixed fixture is required to complete the welding by moving the laser head.

There are also some cylindrical products designed with welding lines on the side, which require the welding tool to rotate and the laser head cannot complete the welding. This situation is usually used in some pipeline projects, such as (lamp tubes, medical transparent plastic tubes), etc. This type of product belongs to the embedded design combination, embedded pressure, which meets the welding needs well.

Generally speaking, if the material meets the requirements of plastic laser welding and the product design meets the welding standards, it can be welded by a plastic laser welding machine.
