The initial investment of the laser welding system is usually high, but considering the entire production chain and ownership costs, the assembly process can save a lot of later costs, and its operation and maintenance costs are significantly lower than other plastic clean welding processes.
The plastic laser welding process has no particles and overflow during the welding process, and the melting position and process can be accurately controlled. Because it is a non-contact heating process, there is no vibration during the welding process and residual stress in the weld.
