In fact, this structure only needs little or basically no change to meet the requirements of laser welding. The welding line can be arranged on the side of the product. Through clever design and plastic laser welding tooling, cameras can be laser welded in batches.

The laser penetration data detected by a certain instrument cannot be used as the only criterion for judgment. In addition, the welding performance of materials with low penetration is not necessarily better than that of materials with high penetration.

In order to solve the problems of materials and product structure, millimeter-wave radar or camera must also pay attention to process monitoring and quality monitoring during plastic laser welding. For example, for millimeter-wave radar, customers have strict requirements on the longitudinal size, flatness, and collapse after welding. Currently, most plastic laser welding equipment on the market simply monitors the amount of weld collapse, but few can provide a complete solution for controlling the flatness and longitudinal dimensions of the product after welding.
