Focus application of easy tear line laser marking machine on plastic flexible packaging bags

It is said that the opening of plastic flexible packaging bags is the focus of consumers' attention. Why? The device successfully applies laser technology to flexible packaging film, which is easy to cut and tear. It can be installed on a slitting machine or a rewinding machine. The system can realize the functions of cutting, rolling, tension control, deviation correction, retraction, and rewinding. Through the beam generated by the laser, a thin line only a few microns deep is evenly cut on the designed easy-tear line. Therefore, the easy-tear line is made on the roll film before bag making, the outer film is destroyed, and the effect of blocking the inner film is retained. It does not destroy the airtightness of the packaging material, and has the function of regularly tearing the bag opening in the specified direction when tearing.

The system controls the cutting depth by adjusting the output power; and controls the density of dots by adjusting the frequency, forming dot-dash lines, dot lines, and straight lines that are easy to tear. It is different from the appearance characteristics of other products and has a certain anti-counterfeiting effect.
