事实上，激光切割机加工覆膜金属材料并不困难。介绍一下激光切割机怎样切割覆膜金属材料；按照我们通常的切割思路，为了保证覆膜不被损坏，一般都会先将覆膜的一面切割，没有覆膜的一面朝下，最好是在一个面朝下安装气动装置，避免机床支撑划伤板材。裁剪过程如下：切割时激光头应在10mm左右，调功率为300W左右，再烧一次膜，烧掉保护膜，最后切断。
