In fact, it is not difficult for laser cutting machine to process coated metal materials. Here is how to cut coated metal materials with a laser cutting machine; according to our usual cutting ideas, in order to ensure that the coating is not damaged, the coated side is generally cut first, and the side without the coating faces down. It is best to install the pneumatic device on one side facing down to prevent the machine tool support from scratching the plate. The cutting process is as follows: When cutting, the laser head should be about 10mm, the power should be adjusted to about 300W, the film should be burned again, the protective film should be burned off, and finally cut off.

Why cut off one side of the film? There is a reason. If the film is facing downward, the residue splashed during the cutting process of the laser cutting machine will adhere to the film, making the surface of the film rough and difficult to process. Therefore, Guangzhou Laisai Laser recommends customers to cut the cover surface first.
