激光切割机的优缺点:

相对于传统的手工切割,激光切割机的优点一目了然,切割效率更高。机械切割比传统的手工切割有无数的优点。另外,激光切割属于非接触式切割,对产品本身影响不大。它是一种热切割。该产品边缘光滑无毛刺,切割效果好,激光对中精度高,切割精度高。任何产品都有其自身的工艺限制。激光器的缺点是不能进行多层切割。因为是热切割,多层切割的刃口部分容易粘连,对切割效果影响很大。不推荐多层切割。
