1. The first one to be introduced is the most common simple film packaging, which only requires the common PE film to simply wrap a single fruit or vegetable. This method can only play a limited sealing role, and has no effect on extending the shelf life and improving the appearance;

This packaging method uses a shallow plate or pallet made of corrugated paper, plastic or other materials as the base, and then combines heat shrink or stretch packaging to wrap the product. This type of packaging has a strong display feature and is more suitable for the packaging of hard fruits and vegetables (apples, pears, corn, yam, etc.).

Recently, a kind of easy-tear and easy-seal tray vegetable and fruit packaging for leafy vegetables specially used for salads has emerged. On this easy-tear and easy-seal tray vegetable and fruit packaging, there is an easy-tear and easy-seal sticker similar to that on wet wipes. 4. Perforated film packaging is divided into mechanical perforated packaging and laser micro-hole packaging, which is also a kind of modified atmosphere packaging. The same thing about these two types of perforated packaging is that they can avoid excessive accumulation and over-humidity of CO2 in the bag. All soft and hard fruits and vegetables and stem and leaf vegetables are suitable for use. The difference is that the size, number and arrangement of the holes are all very important.

Laser microporous packaging bagsare a technological improvement compared to traditional mechanically punched packaging bags. Traditional mechanical punching is limited by the mold, and the aperture is mostly above 0.5mm, which looks very small. However, this aperture greater than 0.5mm cannot resist dust pollution in the air, and cannot isolate most of the moisture in the air. This packaging method generally selects a silicone mold of appropriate size according to the characteristics, size and quantity of different fruits and vegetables, and opens air windows on the film bag and sticks them together to achieve the packaging effect, so it is called silicon window modified atmosphere packaging. This silicone mold is made of polymethylsiloxane coated on fabric. It can automatically remove CO2, ethylene and other harmful gases in the package, and at the same time penetrate an appropriate amount of O2, which can inhibit and regulate the respiration intensity of fruits and vegetables, prevent physiological diseases, and extend the shelf life of fruits and vegetables.
